For many years builders, architects and construction industry bodies have been designing homes with these principles in mind. But what would happen when you came to sell your home, a home where you had invested in water saving shower heads or solar p.v systems just to name a few? The agent would right a little dot point to say – Solar panels. That was about the extent of real estate marketing, until recently.

These extra features are unlocking the hidden value of your home because they offer the potential for reduced running costs and increased comfort, if used correctly. With power costs growing every year it just makes sense that these new features can make your prooerty stand out when it comes time to sell.
